No Dental Insurance? No Problem!

Supreme Smiles of Sarasota is proud to offer an option for patients that do not have traditional dental insurance.  The Smile Savers Plan is an in-house discount plan created to aid patients receive the care they deserve without costing a fortune.

Smile Saver Plan Includes: 

  • Complimentary Complete Exam/Periodic Exam

  • Complimentary Full Mouth X-Rays or 4 Bitewing X-Rays

  • Complimentary Emergency evaluations, X-rays

  • Complimentary Oral Cancer Screening

The SMile Saver plan also provides a 20%-50% discount on most dental treatment includin

  • Cleanings

  • Periodontal (Gum) Treatments

  • Fillings/Bondings

  • Crowns

  • Dentures/Partials

  • Bridges

  • Root Canal Treatments

  • Implants

  • Extractions

 

The Smile Saver Plan cannot be used in conjunction with dental insurance will be forfeit if the patient(s) decide to purchase dental insurance. The Smile Saver Plan is NOT a form of traditional dental insurance but rather a DISCOUNT PLAN. No benefits will be paid to patient or anyone else on patient's behalf. Offer is not redeemable for cash.  Plan benefits only apply to Supreme Smiles of Sarasota. Payment is non-refundable once initial visit has been completed. Cost of plan is to be paid in full at time of purchase. Annual payment is required to renew plan.

  • $95 for Individual

  • $180 for Family (Up to 4 family members)
